When the water lines are on, we can take it for a drive Danny and i'll log it so we know what it reads when it stalls

Can you explain a little Bill what the different options on Lemminwinks are for fuel, i know theres a few but specifically what they do i don't know. What option would you adjust if say you wanted to add more fuel in when its coming down the revs to a stop?
The ones i can remember off the top of my head are:
Increase in load
Decrease in load
Start up fuel tweak
Warm up fuel tweak
Primary fuel tweak
Secondary fuel tweak

I know there all at 100% but it still allows adjustment

Mine had the odd cut out when cold until it was mapped. Go careful Danny. You wouldnt want to do any serious damage or stress things too much by driving it unmapped after doing so much.

Thanks everyone...

Mucho appreacited once again....

Fitted the Coolant Lines tonight and then Pulled my back..How i done it il never now.So im gonna see how tommorrow goes at work then go doctors i think..
There all Bolted up and Fine but i left a washer off the Coolant Line on the block were the Spacer is so its slowly dripping out so depending on how i feel tommorrow il give it anothe bash.

Also going to order so Thermal sleeving for the Surrounding Pipes/wires as IMO its gonna be very hot down there..Plus its very close to the rear engine mount...

Once We've done it all and got all the air out if it overheats while driving Normal and not when Idling its gotta defo be the water pump...which is only £30 Posted from ECP but would mean me fitting the cambelt(new) twice then as i wanted todo all this one my Engine Gets a rebuild in a months time...

I could Possible fit the Rods my self with new Bearings ect and keep the Excesting Rings as i don't have the Tools to de-glaze the bores for new rings...I got Drews Dad off here to Replace new seals in my Cylinder head for a Decent enough price and a Full Clean up too...Just a matter of taking the head off and taking it too him then he can strip it.As i don't want to disturb the Cam chain ect...

Anyway will look in to it.....

best way to know the water pump is working is when the engine is cold to take off the coolant cap then the top hose that goes in the the coolant bottle hold it were the cap goes and rev the car at around 3500 rpm if coolant comes out of the hose like a mofo the water pump is working as it should be if there is no coolant or its very poor the water pump is gone

takes 2 mins to test does not have to be hot

Finally got Danny's car running without over heating tonight its still stalling when coming down the revs, tried to log it when it does it on block 001 but it didn't come out to good, you can see it does do some big jumps from positive to negative though. I still think it may be the fueling as it hasn't been mapped or anything yet

I cannot work out why you're driving it about on a narrowband controlled ECU without being mapped

you must either be

a) Stupid
b) Ignorant

ill advised, but you dont listen to advise much Danny
be carefull else it will end in tears fella

For one im not ignoring advise...

so i can't even drive normal with stage 2 just the normal pottering around..I thought atleast i could do that to get normal miles ón it and sort any teething problems out...

Before i even consider getting it mapped.

Jamie..It isnt a daily driver more of a toy as i have a work van for my job...
