Cheers, I'm still using the same master cylinder and reservoir with the bigger calipers, not noticed much difference at the moment to be honest. What a cracking brake set-up that looks , did you have to do any alterations to your master cylinder or reservoir due to the bigger calipers??

Congrats on the new car order! 1st Sept isn't that far away really... Get through summer which is yet to start in the Uk hahaJust had fantastic news from my cupra dealership, I have been successful in the allocated process and my cupra r st in magnetic tech grey will be available to drive away on the 1st September. The wait will be worth it.
I am keeping my leon, it will be turned into a proper track car.

Will you have to de-mod your MK1 to track it due to sound regulations etc Be good to get all the track cars together at a location for a SCN day.
This is a great thread.
I like the fact you have used excellent parts. The bilsteins were always the best suspension to buy but it was very expensive.
Just wanted to ask, I wanted to upgrade my rears to that ECS set up but 2 things out me off...the long wait to get it shipped from US and secondly cos I would have to have no rear brake guard. Have you noticed any problems with the brake disc getting crap in it at all?
Strip a bit more in the front and use carbon fiber door cards and get some race seats, plus put a cage in it.What’s the interior plans? Mines partially stripped as it’s a track car
