You still having the problem when you first start it up of only having 8psi. I had this problem and it turned out to be a problem with the map, it was requesting too much boost on a cold start and causing limp mode, turn it off and back on and now uts fine. But now ive got another problem with the map lol, every so often when giving it beans, when in either 4th, 5th or 6th, it holds too much boost past 5000rpm and causes limp mode. It doesn it every now and again. The code i get now is 17963 charge pressure limit exceded. Back to AmD tomorrow lol

Thats interesting to know mate, I was convinced it was the map and so was Tom, but I was gonna keep monitoring it for a while and see how it goes.

It seems to be ok last few days. Maybe because its warmer now?

Yeah I will let both you know how I get on tomorrow. They need my car for a whole day to do some changes and thorough testing

Sounds promising, maybe this could lead to an update for mine an Adam's maps....

I might be able to pop down there today yet..

Good news Brad, I will have to get back to AmD to get it sorted.

However there is some bad news...

We thought we blocked off the dipstick pipe well enough but that wasnt the case....

Looked under the bonnet after work today and its pissed oil everywhere :(

So a trip to Halfords for some degreaser and some elbow work later, my bay is clean(ish) again. Did a much better job of blocking the pipe off this time and topped her up with more oil.

Ordered a new dipstick tube from ebay, £7 isnt too bad.

Get Autoglym Engine Degreaser as its only decent degreaser Halfords sell. Spray it everywhere!

Tell them you want your money back and go some where decent to get a map ,upping the boost to make high figures that throw the car in limp mode every time can't be good for the car ,

It was 8deg yesterday morning and the car was fine.

Will have to get back to AmD :(

Defo the same problems as I had, map related fella. Nothing major :)
