Yes mate, once i borrowed a proper dremel from barn it took about an hour and a half being careful not to remove anything else apart the mating face.
Is it giving you ideas on getting yours done??

I had mine re-done in BMW M3 black chrome,a mate works 4 BMW so sorted me the genuine paint. Had them done towards end of last year.

Glad the steady hands with the dremel got it sorted.

Made a purchase on ebay the other day of these as my wipers are the original that car came with and were becoming very good at just smearing the screen, so aero arms and blades

Now looking at a cheap temporary map for mine so i can enjoy it more than i do now
Also been doing some thinking, have a map put on the car and enjoy for a few months then get rid of it, sell all the S3 bits and the stroker when it eventually arrives.
With the money i could buy a nice S4/RS4 that already has 4wd and more power and tunability, just cant be arsed to keep waiting on these god damn bits anymore

Have you still not recieved your bits from Issam yet mate???? dont want to burst your bubble but those aren't aero wipers, the arms are the same as your oe ones with after market blades, i tried them but they sit up alot higher than the oe ones, so i bought the MK4 golf aero ones.

According to the part numbers written on them, the internet shows them as golf/bora aero arms
I'll do some web searching now

Agree with the above, the aero arms don't have the hooks. I have images of mine in my r/r mate.

Aero arms and wipers cost upwards of £80 second hand... You didn't pay that did you?

Noooo don't get rid.

Surely your parts from Issam must be here soon it's been months since your first post mentioning them!

Stick with it, get a temp map to make you smile again and then look at your build in a new light :)
