Thanks for all the kind comments lads. Well a bit of an update, my head has arrived along with the IE bits.
I also picked up some bits and bobs when i went to look over an LCR that is being broken near me, it had only done 36k as well (I had the fuel pump from it too) as the engine was out i noticed that the brake lines going from the master cylinder to the ABS pump where quite a bit bigger than the ones on the LC so i bought them and the master cylinder and the ABS pump, i am assuming they are bigger due to the Brembos, i have also got some more black silicon hoses to replace the red ones water ones, all of which i will change when the engine comes out. I am just waiting on a new cam belt pulley and then i can drop the flywheel and pulley of to be balanced with the crank and the head to be rebuilt although it will all come to a stop again until the bits from INA turn up??
I have also been messing with the engine bay again LOL.
I have also replaced the piston and "O" rings in the DV (Forge Used to give these free £17.00 now!!) just thought you may be interested in the wear after a couple of years, you can feel the ridges in it too.
So just waiting on the bits from INA which has really held the build back quite disappointed really.
