update thanks to shaun and emma who come to view the car today but the offer was to low on what i wanted for it so after a hour thinking ive decied to keep my car and move on with the plans ive got for me car so thinks will move slow for a bit but next month got tax.mot. and insurance.

did the resistor today to remove the grey block of the n249 ant cut the plug of yet going to run it a few days 1st to see if every thing ok then cut the plug off at the weekend.

Well thats a nice looking cupra u got there pal, my car is also red but looking standard atm, think ill have a go at blasting my spare wheel in work and painting it black this week see what it comes out like, looks sweet got to be said :D keep up the good work i might steal some more ideas lol :)

been in the car today and with the grey block removed from the n 249 it seems smoother and alot quiker for some reason.any 1 thats done it can i have your feed back on what you think.

I've still got the grey block from the N249 sitting in my setup, but it was completely bypassed at the weekend while my gauges we're being half done. So the grey block isn't in use at all and I can echo what you've said Wayne, it feels alot smoother and the boost picks up better for me with more control. And gives you a faster feeling car as a result perhaps.

just for now put 2 bits of wire on 1 either side and 2 spade connecters for now and plugged it in and taped it up.
