Car fine mate just put front new tyres and did the tracking. Red does stand out alot when it clean, i use to have a black one so i know how you feel how hard it is to keep it nice and shiny :D

lol, u switch over to red because of cleaning? lol.

Iv got to get my tracking done... soo many daam potholes...

Shitty Scottish roads :censored:

plans sound good bro :)

I give it a normal wash every 2/3 weeks. Any car shampoo would do tbh - im using one out of tescos - think its turtle clean??

Best thing to do when cleaning is not to put loads of shampoo in, less the bubbles the better. Also do half a car then rinse then other half - prevents soap from drying in. Get a water blade and take off all the excess water & most important step to getting a shiny car:

get a micro fibre cloth and dry the car... honestly it does it everytime for me...

car looks great and shiny and will last for a week or so....

p.s i used to be a valeter...

should see some of the cars i did and the way they came out

Hope that helps :D

Yip got it all workin and know how to use it... Quite a good bit of kit :)

The guy at custom code doesnt have a rolling road, he said he takes some logs before and after the map has been done. They test drive the car and then plug it up n go from there. Heard Revo remap is quite aggressive.

Was looking in to bluefin chip.. but they dont do them for a mk1 :(

ur cars looking good, put sum pics up :D

The guy who bought faisal's lcr has put it up for sale on ebay, wanting 5k for it or a px for a golf tdi... Reason for sale, wife just passed test and cant afford insurance hmmm

yeah, they dont have a dyno at custom in glasgow, i was suggesting getting it dyno'd at dastek rollers before in hillington, getting the map then back on rollers as it will give you a good idea as to power gained .

revo is a fairly aggressive map, depends on what you ask for but is good.

shame bout bluefin but atleast its not there to give you you more confusion over choices lol.

so what g/s you reading of the maf?

also your right, need to start up a readers rides thread for the car.:)
