Catch cans are good BUT 1.8t rely on breather ive know of problems with 15mm ports as the crank pressure changes. My brother machined myn out an made then 19mm so its all as it should me. I need to make guide but I dont have a car to do it on. UNLESS. Someone wants to drive to northampton an let me do it?? Whos game?

I can do it in an afternoon pal. You would just need your car I can make you a plate up and remove all the other bits.how far away are you from me?

19mm pipes on 15mm ports is ok just doesnt breath well. Increase in crank pressure an can cause oil to leak

That's what I got and they apparently a bag of poo on these engines so just going to try a stock one and take it from there as when I adjust it it goes into limp mode quicker then adjust it back and still goes in limp but after about 20 mins or so.i just carnt win wiv this dv so hopfully this is whats my problem as I have no leaks at all.

Can't you adjust them so there fully closed though, and I've talked to a few people that say theyve had no problems at all with them. Need to find out how to test my standard dv see if that was f**ked
