I couldn't stand my poly even after 1000 miles it was horrid. I ended up puting a new oem one on and tbh it felt just as strong.

Be careful on the TDi as the vibrations on tick-over are really increased with the poly dog-bone. I hated it on my Leon and was going to switch it back to a new OEM one. If you can, have a sit in someone elses car before doing it as you might find it too intrusive. I did, but then I'm getting old these days!

i sat in marks car the other day to trial altho didnt go far it was noticable so im unsure yet

if you put a new oem one in, it will make a huge difference. I'd put money on it. Most people are swapping old dog bones to new poly ones and thinking its all down to the poly. When personally I think is half one and half the other. In the respect of the old one is funked!

I have fitted the Brake Caliper helper springs to the rear calipers and a Cupra R front Splitter:)

Caliper Springs have given the hand brake a more positive feel and the release the caliper more efficiently still think I may need a cable as the near side is not releasing as well and the offside.

The Splitter I have wanted since owning the car just never managed to get around to it such as simple job too.
