I'm interested to see/hear how you get on with them mate. Certainly look the part. If they work as well as they look, I'm sure you'll be fine.

I am sure they will do the business :). I managed to heat the old ones up so much that the powdercoating cracked on them and I boiled the fluid, but there was no fade :)

They still kept stopping even though the pedal hit the floor at 120mph

List price for replacement discs for my kit? £379.73 + VAT including all hardware and £207 + VAT for set of pads

Seem good prices really then considering the stopping power.

Very tempting ;-)

That does look good - its a bit old hat body wise now though.

C63 would be good Dav except no turbo - i like boost!

Jap rally car is possible although the Evo 11 is due I believe.

R20T Golf would be good although the mk7 is due at the same time as the MK3 Leon, and the cooking model will probs take forever to come.

Aye the GTR is some machine for sure. The RS3 does do it for me - I just dont know if I can live with the old body from the A3 Sportback and pay so much for something thats about to be obsolete.

That EVO from your link looks awesome!

Would be very sad if the Evo was killed off.

Not bothered about RS4/RS5. Seems to be very thirsty for the performance available from them, and again no boost. V8 note would be nice though :). WOuld sooner go for an S4 I think.
