Cheers, pity i have to wait until the bottom end is done before it can be fitted, but will be worth the wait.
Previous incarnation had this running just shy of 370bhp

Seems ok, there is a little play in the shaft but not much
I will send it away to be reconditioned for piece of mind, dont fancy taking it off after not long putting it on
Does anyone know what kind of torque it would run if it was fitted then ran on just actuator pressure??
Would standard rods hold this until uprated or would they be overstressed?

I am thinking Bill but just slightly worried if i've had the car corner weighted and have to wind it up to get on the RR
The guy who i bought it off recommends Nick from the company that is banned from here and doesnt appear if you write it
Still undecided at the moment

efr 6758 here i come
i got a brand new vvt oem unit to fit so once fitted that will decide if going bt or hybrid, im tempted to sell the hybrid setup and stick a gt3071 on but will see how funds go im looking at 4k for a bt setup :(, found 2 piece brakes and ds2500 pads for £570 delivered so will get them and change vvt unit in next few weeeks, also going away with work from aug to oct so that may be my funding for my big turbo :)
when thinking of getting your car sorted? the gt2871 will be awesome :)

If you do go BT will a 3071 not be a bit laggy, will make some good figures though
Need to sort out rods and ideally valves before i drop turbo in, i can run the parts in with K04 then keep it safe
I still have bits n pieces to fit and more to buy so cant really see it being on this year
Car will be on a stand at inters if your there sunday
Also dont know if you've seen dannylads different BT setup
