What's actually happened to the paint? Has it faded badly? Or just isnt shiny?

This is what can be done with ovni paint

Its not as bad as some onvi yellows but it certainly isn't that great either. Roof and bonnet are a lot more faded than the rest of the car, some small areas where lacquer may start to peel due to stone chips. Previous owner tried touching up bits around the windscreen that had been pulled off when it was replaced but the color is totally different.....in reality it needs to be resprayed but I have f..all money :(

Good work on that yellow mk4 btw! looked a little neglected!

Well there will certainly be improvement from a full detail. May be worth going down that route first before repray if it isnt as bad as some ovni's can be.

BlueFlame is quite well known among the mk3 cupra's. Most people either go for them or Miltek.
I have a 3" DP with a 200cell race cat and 2.5" for the rest of the system.

Right, i got bored of smoothing out my airbox so decided to go and get a jetex filter

Have since made a bracket as it sits quite loose in the engine so its more secure now. I also finally got round to doing the n112 and n249 bypass, will get some pics up when i get my polished bits fitted ;)

Had a little problem with the d90 adapters so im currently running oz wheels on the front and d90's on the rear. Will have the new tyres next week for the oz wheels so it wont look as stupid, lol.

16's, there's loads of space to the spokes just not alot to the edge of the rim. I had to remove a few chunky wheel weights just so the didnt catch the caliper.

Yeah the d90's fit, just had a problem with one of the adapters so i need to sought out a new one. Got a puncture on one of the rears now though :censored:

So much better than standard brakes, everyone should be on the group buy, lol.

Yeh im in for the GB but we need one more person still. How highly do you rate them over standard? Is it "your face falling off" sort of stopping power? Doesnt take much to beat the standard brake setup!
