Is there supposed to be a vacuum on the gauges whilst you don't have your foot down, or whilst it's just idling? Suppose it makes sense if there was. Only driven it a mile so didn't get chance to put my foot down, just gentle acceleration and it moved from vacuum and just into the boost

In psi, looked at videos on YouTube an they are all the same. Need to finish it off this afternoon. Only got chance to run the vac tube an plumb it all in. Need to find a gauge holder now and figure out the electrics. I'm useless with electrics haha hopefully won't set the car on fire!

Brakes on yours are 288mm wheels are et35 ad 5x100. I was same as you after the c went but ibizas are easy after a month or two!

Bummer, will be good when they come. The liquid gauges look cool as fook, I want one some day like!

On idle, should be about -22 (in/hg or whatever the measure is) of vacuum. When you are driving steadily it might get near zero and then give it some beans for boost!

I did wonder haha knowone has mentioned it's like that before but it makes sense. Love the boost gauge, good little mod for only 50 quid for the lot, pretty easy to install and wire in too compared to what I thought in my head!

Just had more problems finding something to stick the pod on with!

Got all the boost gauge finished and mounted now though:

I did want it on the steering cowling but it was abit too in your face sorta thing. I like it where it is, it's not in the way but can easy look at it without taking your eyes off the road. Did think of a heater vent at first but don't wanna be loosing any vents for the winter haha

Nice one Scott wish i spotted it

Found out why my car is in safe mode ive had the n249 bypass and sai removed on my car and one of the plugs was resting on the exhaust manifold so im sure you can imagine the damage that has been caused so i now need to get a new plug and resistor for it so im stuck with 0-5psi of boost

You will love the diff and clutch when they go on bud car will feel so different as it just wants to rev

Not good mate :( bad times!

Im leaving all mine in place lol

Yeh really cant wait, just want to get it booked in and need to book the day off next monday when i get back to work. Really excited about the diff, clutch and flywheel! Hopefully flywheel might be done or almost done this saturday when i get to work!

Bit nervous about it all at the mo as its quite allot of money and work that needs to be spent/done in a day, will just be happy when its done and i can focus on enjoying it over the winter and save up :D
