Yeh already got everything to hybrid now, over the last few pages there's the maf housing and silicone adapters etc
just need to actually get the turbo I got hybrided and buy a bigger outlet airfilter for the lcr maf. Need to pick injectors up off Paul murpheys when he's back off holiday too! Seen your post on the other thread about going bigger turbo if you keep yours! I was the same for about a day but just going for it haha
Ooo cool Mark at CRT didn't mention rs4 ko4 turbine wheel, just said rs6 compressor housing. Half tempted to get it sent off soon just so it's done and will still be 17.5% tax instead of 20 in the new year!
Also cars all sorted and booked in for peloquin diff, sachs clutch and 6kg single mass flywheel. 3 weeks today should be done, fingers crossed!
Turned up at work and turbo was there for me, actuator seems to have got mashed in transit but they fit an uprated one when it goes hybrid anyway so no biggie. Exhaust housing is good, no crack between wastegate and outlet. Plenty of play on the shaft, can see why it was smoking lol
Also flywheel is all finished, it's just away getting balanced with the clutch cover, won't be at Saturday job next Saturday so won't see it for 2 weeks, just in time for getting it all fitted!

Couple more bits and bats ordered, should hopefully all arrive before end of the week and I'll try bash um all on Saturday/Sunday. Just a random eBay spree again lol

Forge rear strut brace and Forge gear knob came to the same price just the rear brace does on their website, so thought itd be rude not to! Not sure ill be keen on the gear knob, will have to see what it looks like. Coming with the right insert for the top aswell and not the inserts pictured.

Yep, might get it sent off soon just so i know its done. Will see how flush im feeling after my visit to Jabba though lol
Yeh they are supplying the peloquin diff and labour to fit everything. Flywheel is currently away getting balanced up with clutch cover, saying that it might be back now! Not at work Saturday though to collect it, though ill try pop in over the weekend and collect it, cant beat shiney bits of metal
I almost ordered that rear strut brace scott but i never bothered in the end as its a bit pricey, now you have it you can let me know if its worth it
Dont take this as a slight against you but the Forge strut brace was utterly pointless

75 quid delivered is a bargain! Thought it'd be rude not to haha do agree though, normally it's pretty pricey! Got the forge gearknob for 35 quid aswell. That front lower brace is pretty expensive for what it is but suppose the 60 quid included delivery too!
Think the rear brace should help abit as there's nothing supporting the body between the shocks at all. Especially now considering there's nowt in the back lol

It doesn't need to go between the struts, just the body near the struts. Which it does will be better than it not been there anyway as there is no support for the body at all normally.

ive been looking at the front lower strut brace for about a year or so wondering if it will be worth it or not now you have one you can let me know if it makes much difference.
Can't see it making much difference on it's own tbh,much like the upper front one, only 60 quid though. Hopefully all the braces will all tie in together and do their job haha
Was going to get the whiteline instead of them bits but I'm holding off that because I like how predictable the car is over the old fr. When one does finally male it's way onto my car itl only be going on soft or medium setting I reckon

i forgot you dont have a rear arb thats one of the best mods ive done i think,it made nearly as much difference as the coilovers.
I loved it on the fr at first but then it just became a little too unpredictable for my liking. Just feels dead nimble and responsive without one at the mo. I'll get one eventually but probably after hybrid
Yeh my mate used to have a nice mk5 zs on coilies with all the braces etc was like a proper little go kart! Not too fussed about been able to tell the difference as the diff clutch and flywheel will be going in in less than 3 weeks
