What did you and your MK2 do today?

Booked in for a Stage 1remap... roll on next Tuesday
Then you'll want stage2!!! Mines going back tomorrow for shark stage2+ ( or in other words a bit more bhp prob a lot more smoke!!! ) most of the time I drive steady I.E 90% of the time so I figure I can stand the odd boot full of soot out z back end..
You will get big black clouds from half throtle not jst foot flat to the floor, I wouldn't recommend it unless your going to buy their sts system like I have so you can switch between maps
+1. I'm not sure many people realise how much smoke you actually put out. I was "just" at stg2 and it was enough sometimes to p1ss off other drives and elicit a few gestures of waving hand in front of nose.
Would have thought someone would of have a Audi 2.5 turbo of the 3.0 turbo on there's to get more power and less soot. Mist be difficult to fit maybe?

ok mayb i'll stick with what i have...dont you need other stuff other than just the turbo upgrade?
At least clutch, single mass fly wheel and I would say a tubular manifold
honestly mate if you running around the 210 - 215 bhp mark you ain't really going to notice any extra power by running stage 2+ on the road, maybe if you were thrashing it round the track everyday it would be a different story.
think you need very deep pockets to get anywhere around 260bhp, I know I would rather sell up and chase bhp figures with an s3.

Yer I've decided to stick with the map I have but hopefully with less stutter after this aft....been talking to the wifey & have decided im going to get an A5 3.0 Tdi S Line next..240bhp out the box + shark map and exhaust should give near 300 bhp..But for the next year im Well happy with my Leon brings a smile to my face everytime I over take....

renewed car insurance as i forgot it runs out soon. Neil at Greenlight to the rescue again. 2 years running best so far fully declared stage 2+
