Although I would've loved to have gone big turbo, it's a lot of money, I've already got all the supporting mods for the K04 so bought a beach buggy turbo hybrid K04, whether it was the right thing to do or not, we'll see I suppose

It's technically second hand but never used. The lad bought it for a 20vt 83 Jetta project but ran out of money so is selling up. I think he may have had to buy the turbo to send down.
It was the right thing to do mate, BBT hybrid is chalk and cheese compared to mine mate and mine rips. With the right mods you could see 340-350 bhp which will take your car to the next level. Wmi wmi wmi lol.
WMI will be getting bought. Mapping is another headache, do I go for a trip to Nikki to get it mapped or take it to Big Fish Tuning up here and make use of my vagcars discount, I know the majority will say Nikki as they've not heard of BFT however they get good reviews on vagcars.
Willy, what injectors are you running? Not sure what to get for the best, Genesis 550cc or Siemens 630cc.

"K16 turbine with 2283 compressor 7+7 billet. Uprated bearings and uprated 15psi actuator
This turbo is the new 'super' hybrid developed by BBT, I bought it for my project but have ran out of money.
It has never been on a car since rebuild.
It will come with a years warranty from new buyers purchase date and upgraded 15psi actuator with a full set of oil and water lines and a bit extra."
He never actually took delivery of it so it'll be coming straight from BBT

Injector wise id go for a Bosch set. Chriscupra runs Siemens on his GTX and had one fail not long after his had been on the road and mapped correctly.
