in the same size as rash is running? youd have trouble fitting the front anyway in 18's as arch work is needed. plus irrc when he put new pads on he had to 'wear' them in by driving hard for a bit till they lost a bit of meat..if you get 17's im pretty sure they would fit as long as the ET is reasonable...:D

P.s. you coming to the london meet? @rash and Jay...

you can see in them ideos where he has widened the rear arches the bumper doesnt fit anymore so hes put some PONY grills in the gap hes created not my cuppa tea but when i come to fit the new rear suspension and 4x4 conversion its exstremly likely that the wheels will sit diffrently so i will have to fit the 4x4 before i go cutting arches up ;) but i agree slightly wider arches would look better if i could get the bumper to sit properly aswell!

had a call from jabba today theyve said that everything is going to plan and its nice to actually get given a time it will be ready and they stick to it ITS GREAT! had the downpipe modifyed further new turbo gaskets new EGT sensor and new MAP sensor going to be rolling roaded with the jbs map and then remapped by jabba and rolling roaded again so will be interesting to see what happens pick the car up this saturday :funk:

I toyed (even rang Jabba) about a 4x4 which can be done, however at even more expense than yours, as mines a bloody diesel! lol.

Not commented on this thread from memory, but its a pucka car mate, top marks for money spent and doing so much to a relativly new car

However, I wanna see the new RR graph before and after JBS map!! I want POWER!!! lol

it is ready but i havent got any time to pick the car up :( as ive been megga busy at work and training courses ect ect so wont be till next week! power isnt fantastic as apparantly the jbs manifold is mega restrictive :( gonna save the big power for after internals and 4x4 ;)

What sort of power are you looking at? It's still gonna be impressive no matter what tbh.

no comment mate! ^^^ exstreamly pi55ed off about the whole situation could of saved easily £3-4,000 on my kit if id looked about!

got the dyno results and im running 317bhp but it holds the power all the way through to 7500ish revs! where as before i was peaking power at around a poxy 4500rpm! and then power would tail off to around a meir 220bhp :( (WHAT THE HELL IS THAT AL ABOUT!) but now the car will be defo the fastest its ever been and will certaily drive alot better and fingers crossed alot more reliable! then i can press forard with the 4x4 internals and bigger turbo!

pick the car up on tuesday

rash, have you considered the rear transmission parts from the skoda octy 4x4? i don't know if they'd be the same as a TT or golf and the octavia doesn't look a wide either.
