Well after a lot of sweat and well actually no tears and no blood which makes a change i have done it all (except the rear brakes and front braided hoses as they didn't turn up) i fitted a new set of LCR rear discs which i had as i needed to fit the calipers anyway. The rear beam went better than i thought, the bushes where plastic lined so i just cut through them and knocked them out with a hammer, the Polly bushes where a bit of a challenge so i made a tool using a couple of "G" clamps and some bits of wood to press them in as far as i could then used the washers and bolts from the rear coils to get them all the way in, i then washed the beam down and painted it with smooth rite. looked as good as new until i had to drag it back under the car to put it back on LOL, then bolted the calipers back on put the brake lines on and then started on the front. I removed the wishbones, drained the power steering oil then dropped the subframe, swapping the rack's over was really easy, replaced the arb bushes and the rack bush for polly ones, put the 034 motor sport solid subframe bushes in and bolted it all back together again added the new Polly bushed wishbones, so the car is now fully Polly bushed, i have bought the subframe aligning tool so as soon as it arrives i will make sure its all lines back up 100% its not to far off and feels great. i also fitted the badger5 front discs and Yellow stuff pads all round (well what else could i have used) and all i can say is wow i cant wait to get the 307mm discs on the back, oh yeah i also fitted and leveled the weitec hicon coilovers which i cant fault at the moment. sorry for the lack of pics but i was pressed for time and on my own, but i managed to get a few. I have also managed to do a bit more to the bay as you can see in the pic. My turbo smart boost controller turned up today so i have that to look forward to to fitting.
The bushed front, you can just see the steering rack bush.
The new front discs.
And a few bay pics.
