Yes sticking with yellow, although not sure if it will be done before inters.

@Red, the wheels are Mk6 R32

Tim, good plan although i need a fair few tools so would prefer to do it at home but your welcome to come round and we could do both rear beams at the same time.

No lottery win just been saving money and bits.

Well i have just blown my respray money LOL, i have just orders the 330mm front disc kit from Bill and THESE from ECS Tuning, cant wait loads to do now planning to do some weekend after next. I could have got them from Awsome GTi but they would not give any discount so saved over £100 going direct inc vat and postage.

You managed to get it all for just over 350 and imported too?
I was going to have delivered to my uncle in US then repackaged to try and avoid import costs

Sorry mate but i thought after all you have spent on the BT you wouldn't have wanted to go for the brakes. It all came to £460 + what ever the vat is when they come, still over £100 chaeper than Awsome, again sorry i didn't let you know but as i said i thought you would be spent after the BT.

Well i have started the mass work load, i have fitted the new window seals front and rear, the rear ones are a bit of a PITA as you need to take the small window out as its part of the seal and the new one comes complete with it, this weekend i am hoping to do the front and rear discs and rear calipers, (If the rear discs turn up) front braided hoses (if they turn up) rear subframe bushes, Weitech coils, new wishbones with poly bushes fitted (If the rear polly's turn up) polly front anti roll bar bushes and the new LCR rack with Polly bush, new hand brake cables new solid subframe bushes from 034 motor sport interested in seeing if they do anything. So come on Awesome post me my stuff :p I also have yellow stuff pads front and rear to go with the new discs. Then when all thats done i am going to rebuild the bottom end then the head, then fit some meth, then find a bank to rob :lol: i have a burning oil issue not sure where its coming from, its either the valves or the rings its intermitant so not sure??:confused::confused:

Tim and Barny you are welcome to come and watch (help) if you want.

I am keen on how seeing how the rear beam bushes are to change especially as you have older variants and my poly ones are gathering dust
Also these subframe bushes, mmmm, possibly more money gone
I will try to make it over but it wont be early nor if its raining as i have a detailer coming to properly clean my car (cheers barn) as its going on a stand at inters
May need to book a day to come over with some beer (and a jack:whistle:) as i am getting loads of bits to fit i could do with some help with
