Right here are the photos taken from fitting the intercooler

Started off bright and early sat morning, looking like a wet day ahead we got to work before the weather gave up on us, me and my mate set to work getting the bumper off wasn't to bad after all comments i'd had heard on here saying this was the hardest bit!

removed the head light as per Forge instructions

img2.jpg

Next minute it starts to rain :( noo! quick quick abort mission to the garage! we resume work with the outdoor lights all setup!

img3.jpg

secure car from rolling out!

img7.jpg

A picture of my mate working hard to get the job done :)

img4.jpg

Opening the Forge box for the first time what goodies have we here?!

img5.jpg

I went for red pipes in the end as this was a major expense, normally i would of chosen black but if any pipes were to show from behind the bumper (which they don't i might add!) then it would really stand out

everything at last removed from the car!

and now to the good bit fitting all the forge bits and securing everything into place

also changed the side lights as one of the bulbs went, which now match my HID's with these LED ones

img15.jpg

bumper back on finally was a bit of a faff to do easier to remove it i think we lower back down the garage slope, and it made it with out scraping just...

forge front mount is the dogs bangleys.
whats next ??

Whats next?

Well I have revo controller coming for next month and fuel pressure regulator sitting here waiting to go on, I will get the miltek sports cat fitted then a full service done inculding changing the spark plugs and probably a new MAF sensor as well then we are good to go for revo stage 2

I prob won't touch the engine after that, will need to get a boost gauage sorted might go for the liquid crystal display jobby thats fits into the airvent or just a normal pillar gauge, and will finish with a 225 steering wheel and at a push a light window tint on the back three, strut braces on back and front if I find some cheap enough as well :)

Love it mate. How was the fitment of the Forge. Is it worth the extra dollar over the other brands such as the TX one?

Thats a nice little list to be going on with mate.

I can definately recommend the Liquid Gauge...great bit of kit.

I also bought a 225 wheel for mine and i love it. It really finishes the interior off nicely. Yes it is pricey but worth it my opinion.

I would say it is tbh, no cutting off the bumper to do, you can keep your fog lights, the intercooler is guaranteed if anything happens to it, forge will replace it, and its good up to 350bhp power iirc so from my point of view, yeah deffo worth it, you get a new slam pannel to mount it inculded which saves having to drill holes etc could not make it any easier
