Looks like SEAT finally listened to the people! Dynamic chassis as standard is awesome! Brembo brakes as an option is great too along with differing power outputs and uprated tyres! And DSG! Well done SEAT!

Shame they were (and still are) too slow to show and tell all us potential customers and enthusiasts about it all!

Its great it still front drive and if it's got the record at the ring though, that's fantastic too. And it will totally eclipse the Golf GTi with that spec - let's see what price it retails at though. Sounds almost too good to be true :)

Just been in to my local dealership here in Lincoln to ask when they're expecting their Demo etc... They're sure it's FWD only, and said that the list of options is actually pretty small, which I'm hoping suggests that it'll come fairly well loaded as standard. I reckon it also supports the 'DSG as standard' argument too.

For those of you local to Lincolnshire, they're getting a Nevada White model with full black leather interior, and are expecting it in April. :D

More evidence to suggest that won't be the case. Dealers are only being given the option of ordering DSG cars. Non DSG has been listed in official literature, as per earlier posts. The only way this would happen is if they decided to only offer DSG in the UK, which I think is unlikely. We'll see though. :)

Car's already posted in this thread - new picture though :)

Interesting find Leonf ta. Link: http://www.vau-max.de/inside/inside_artikel/erlkoenig__seat_leon_kombi_kommt_als_cupra/id=3651

Has anyone seen these wheels before or could we be looking at the std cupra wheels here? (previous mules have used Sirocco or MK2 R wheels)

Love how someone has literally taken a hacksaw to the rear bumper for the exhausts. The exhausts look the same as the SC Cupra though: http://s1.cdn.autoevolution.com/ima...014-seat-leon-cupra-detailed_5.jpg?1380033408

Suspect a made up assumption on power by the German site though.

Popped in to Lifestyle SEAT yesterday in Brighton. They have ordered (been allocatted) their demo too. Didnt give much away accept that its FWD 265bhp with DSG in Monsoon Grey. They have a build date in Jan with delivery in March, would not confirm a price though.

Am hoping its available in Manual and not much more than 25k, don't really fancy DSG and north of 25k is getting a little pricey for me...

you sure 265? because the order options only showed 280ps with DSG, 265 wasn't an option on the form
