Hi Andrew the dealer said 265, but tbh I wouldn't rely on that. Your more likely to be right. Am going to call my usual. Dealer tomorrow for more info.

Yeh it will be a 280ps like the rest

I'm not in the UK, but would make sense to have two engine options 265 and 285 hp, why not? If some demo cars are ordered with 280 hp, it doesn't leave out 265 hp, or does it?

I think we will have to wait until January 8th 2014 for pictures or March when the Geneva Motor Show is on and they will reveal both the Cupra and ST Cupra.

Same here.

Im not keen on the SC, when i was out in Italy i got hold of one of SEAT Italia's demo cars and really didn't like the entrance and exit space to the rear, This was before the UK media launch.

So its between 5-door and ST.. im swaying towards ST because i really enjoyed the car out in Barcelona

I'm lucky that we have the Altea for the family stuff, my car rarely has anyone other than me in it so rear access isn't an issue, hence the SC's the one I'm after.

ST Cupra will be pimping. :)

I tend to remove my rear interior so it becomes a 2 seater haha but just think the ST looks the dogs

I test drove the Golf 7 GTi with the performance pack this morning and loved it! Awesome awesome car! The Cupra will be even better with the extra power and bigger brakes :)

Wheelspin still sucks though :p

I was impressed with the amount of grip nevertheless. Would you agree with me that the chassis is a step up from the last generation.
