Thanks Gaz!

The door cards were made by Performance Trim, I say made. I did all the designing as they couldn't find an Ibiza so made it out of wrapping paper then a cardboard template & sent it off to them to make. Sick thing about it is they then charged me full price for them.

Took about 2 months to get some free leather pull handles off them lol, the photos are on this thread somewhere.

You can use the windows as normal with the door cards they don't obstruct anything. I never had a boot lid one made, might be worth contacting LWS Design as they seem to be the new boys doing carbon fibre bits or are they Performance Trim???

If you need a closer look one day pop over or it will be up OSE in the next few weeks.

Got around to getting the wiper arm jets fitted, they were slightly too big about 0.8mm.

Was going to fit them on the wider part of the wiper arm but that was too wide, went to file the gap open on the jets but that didn't go to well. Noticed the jets were the same width as insulation tape so two wraps of tape around the arm and they fit perfect. Need a bit a glue to make sure they never move and fit the small hammer screw, got some hose here but doesn't look as good as they did on the eBay ad & the internal diameter is too small so going to order more tonight.

Since all the brake pipes are being replaced for the brake bias lever and to remove the ABS, I've bought a new brake fluid tank.

But looking at the one currently on the car its slightly different shape & a bit shorter.

Hopefully it fits ok, as I prefer this one because its a bit shorter so I won't have to remove the strut brace when ever I want to top up the brake fluid.

Now for something a little more interesting!

At first a purchased the Powerflex Audi TT race use rear front lower arm bush & contacted Saxon Motorsport to see if they do a solid front bush.

Mark then told me about the lower arms they just designed for the VR6 wider track set up with rose joint bushes welded into the lower arms that give better castor & camber.

But I wimped out on the VR6 setup as the tyres are pretty close to the arches & tyre size is going to be even more of an issue, unless I widen my arches lol.

So he said he will do a set with the standard Mk2 Golf/Ibiza lower arms! Cancelled my order for the TT bushes and had these off Saxon Motorsport

Had the aero bonnet pins fitted to the tailgate, going to be removing the central locking & vacuum system so this allows me to still lock the boot. Also some of you may have seen/remember my 'pull cord' to open the boot lol.

Last post I mentioned removing my fog lights, this is why. Thanks to Phil for the proverty spec covers, OSE have made a tow hook and cut a slot in the cover. The tow hook will be painted red.

I love this, my fibre glass bonnet fitted. Lines up good but not as good as the steel bonnet did but that was to be expected, like the look with the washer jets removed from the bonnet.

Thanks guys!

Had a text this afternoon to let me know the bloke from Earl Performance is coming to do my Stainless Steel hardlines tomorrow at 11 so going to pop up and see the progress and have a chat with him.

Hopefully should have the car back this weekend so I can crack on with the jobs on my list.
