Had a play with boost pressure tonight, set it at 18 PSI, and i have to say it bloody flies. Power is very progressive and smooth and the speedo moves around quite quickly.

Very impressive considering its on a generic map.

I thought that as well, you aint done any logging yet you know what the fuellings like according to vag com:shrug:

I haven't saved it in a file to put on here is what i mean, Of course i have checked to make sure it is running safetly before giving it stick.

also, any incorrect fueling would be picked up by the lambda, and a fault put in the memory aswell as the light on the dash.

Sorry for the poor amount of post's on this thread. It was due to a family death.

Got the car mapped today @ Star performance.

Out come was 284 BHP & 296 ib/ft.

Very happy. It goes like stink.

Not sure about JBS04, i asked them about it, but when they said they wouldn't send me one as it was in house fitting only, that was the end of that idea. Iam not paying for something to be fitted when i can do it myself.

Very impressed with the car, the speedo moves very quickly.

Those IHI ibiza's must be unreal

So glad someone has done this, been waiting to see what its like before i start considering things.


Would be cool to see some logs as well, or you could tell me to **** off. lol.

Yes mate it has 3" intake and 3" airmass meter etc
