I would diagnose it as a definite boost leak, with it shooting rom 1.3bar, down to just over 1bar etc then back up again
although oddly enough, it appears to be meeting requested, but requested at 1.1bar is quite a tame map
I couldnt spot any loose pipes straight away also

Yes. I'm undoing everything tomorrow and I will try to re tighten all the hoses and clamps. Too bad i cant really think which one may be causing this.
