I know when curzon had his Large pipe upgrade & A&M cooler his went so much better than with just laguna setup....

Wouldn't bother with iridium plugs, I had IK22's but swapped to NGK BKR7E's .028" gapped, 7E's are one grade colder than standard, work great. IK22's are almost impossible to gap correctly due to the tiny tip which breaks very easily.

No idea m8, but I know it pulls over 180g/s though, scaled due to LC sensor in LCR housing it's around 210g/s. LCR charge pipe might be worth it, all I did was get some 2.5" pipes off ebay and create my own pipe run with silicone hoses and pipes. At the turbo end the LCR pipe is a funny size, around 67-70mm due to the daft silencer thingy.

I got the pipes from Pipewerx, look for them on eBay, if you ask them they'll weld beads on the ends of the pipes to prevent blow off.

63mm which is 2.5", 2 long-ish pipes you see there, down to a shorter 45 degree pipe in the wheelarch then round to the IC.

Muchos appreaicted rob its urs steel or alloy?i only have to do the outlet side of the turbo as its 55mm the Tb is 68mm..

Top two pipes are stainless steel due to not being able to find alloy pipes long enough, the rest are alloy. Hotside silicone hoses are all Samco Xtreme to handle the higher temps.

Not measured no, had to cut the back one but that was it, everything else went straight on, did it all myself.
never needed to gap my IK22's so why should you?
been fine for 2.7bar boost no misfire issues ever.
Because my car runs better on properly gapped NGK's - that's why. But it's your car m8, do what you like, what do I know.
