Can one of the guys work in the dealership be able to give me a quote on how much does a box (Storage) unit under driver seat / passenger seat and can it be retro fitted (easily) on MK5?

the metal strip which pivots as part of the gear box linkage has snapped at the point that the weight sits inside it. I have searched all over the place and cannot find any information on how to get hold of a new one. Does anyone know where i might be able to find one?

i have an APR downpipe with sports cat and a full custom cat back system. sounds really nice although i would have liked it a bit louder. is there any negative or positive's on getting it back to the exhaust place and getting the rear box taken out to make it louder? so it would just be the DP...

I have this strange box under the drivers seat. I found it a few days ago. Can anyone enlighten me to what it might be?! It has a plastic cover and I can just about see the metal box inside this. Thanks

I cracked open my air box today to look and see if there were any simple things I could do to de-restrict it. I came across a trellis type thingy stuck under the air filter, looks to me to be a bit restrictive so I removed it. Any ideas if this will cause a problem?
