  1. No air box in engine

    I have only noticed my Leon 1.6s 16v has no air box in the place some Leons do. I have been looking at pictures, why do some Leons have an air box and some don’t? Thanks
  2. fix for pedal box

    I managed to repair my pedal box, without major hassel. Line it up and drill a hole through the bracket and the bulkhead. Use a big washer and some silicone to stop it ripping a hole in your bulkhead and stop any water ingress. Been fine so far.

    Have done a little research and found out the r32 clutch has the same dimensions and fitting as the stock six speed clutch. The 1.8t flywheel has to be used as the r32 flywheel has too many bolt holes. The only issue is the diaphram springs are different and think they might have to be used...

    Glove Box Inner Tray

    Evenin all, i want to take out the inner tray of my glove box to cut a hole so i can run some cables. If i take it out will the passenger air bag **** itself and go off, or will it fall down, or (hopefully) just stay where it is and not be affected?! Cheers
