What did you and your MK2 do today?

finally got around to fitting the Cupra R boot spoiler today, hard to get a decent angle pic and finishes the rear end off.

Also managed to give it a quick clean but had forgot about the wheels, FAIL!

Dam! I am new.
Me and my Mk2 had a wash and fitted all the nice new trim bits that I got for Crimble. Now we are shopping for even more new trim bits. That Cupra Trim - Gorgeous.
Interested in any results from the Big Fish Tuning as I am also looking to map in the near future. I shall now go and search the forums for map as I should have done first.

Well I've only had the car about 2 months but it came with 2 Kumho ku39 tyres, one budget and one worn Pirelli p zero. So the amount of difference they've made is unbelievable.

Used to spin up in 4th in the wet :( these feel so much better now but I suppose any tyre would do after my previous set up.

Tyres make a huge difference, I swear by Toyo t1r's, incredible grip for the money you pay.

Finally got round to lowering it.

And cleaning it

Maybe change the wheels for some 19"s in the near future.

Looks good mate, did you go for springs?
I think the back will eventually settle a little bit lower than that, it took a week or so for mine to drop fully (H&R springs)

I was going to say I reckon it'll settle as well, normally takes a week or two. Looks smart though!

H&R 30mm drop. The rear does look slightly higher so hopefully it'll level itself out shortly.

please do a guide when you do this, im currently resisting 4 pot set ups at the moment, also let me know how the ducts etc fit and if any mods are needed

Straight fit, they push onto wishbone and secure via a nut n bolt with a spacer between them,

But I will let you no if there a straight fit, finding the time and weather/daylight to do anything is hard, Iv got those 20mm spacers still to fit .

Your black wing looks good, really finishes the back end off

many thanks, know what you mean im back tomorrow and always struggle to find time to do my own, have H&R's here to fit too, nothing worse so frustrating when you have parts sat here,
