Well travelled to Nottingham from London last night arriving there by 9.30pm (not bad for a two hour drive and 67mpg)

Thanks to minty9 picked up the rear exhaust section for my cr170. Again a 2hr drive back reaching home at midnight.

This morning fitted the exhaust as the old one had a hole the size of a 2pence piece on the rear hanger section and was about to fall off with the back box completely flaking away, literally the metal casing was ripping off the backbox.

This morning fitted the exhaust, piece of cake with an oil change using Fuchs Titan gt1 xtl and installed a Pipercross panel filter and heko wind deflectors. Car is driving sweet as a nut!

Not today but yesterday, 6 hour drive from Weymouth to Middlesbrough. Achieved 365 miles to half a tank, with cruise control at 80mph for the majority of the journey. Very impressed.

I've just finished swapping out my standard FR 17's, two of which have tyres that are borderline legal, for these S3 18's with very good Dunlop Winter tyres. (which I picked up for a bargain £350 on ebay)

Any rubbing at all?

Having spent £££££'s on the Evo (and still got some more I'd like to do to it) I'd planned on keeping the Leon standard but think that plan is falling by the wayside lol.

18's , Sportlines , Remap:D

Non at all. Definitely worth doing I've paused at the remap stage for now haha

Cool. I'll price a set of springs up tonight.

I'll defo be stopping after the remap or I think it'll end in divorce. The missus hates cars so modding 2 wouldn't go down to well. (ok, i'll maybe fling a front splitter on it too lol)

Someone is selling a used set for £110 on the sales page. But you can pick them up for £180 new. Haha the front splitter is a no for me, with lowering and that, and be certain to rub on speed bumps haha

Is that with the standard setup mate or did you get it remapped?

I had the call today from seat 2 saying they will offer 2k less what I paid at seat 1. Plus won't budge on the asking price. In total for me to chop in my 2011 car of 3 weeks old to me they want me to stump up 3k! Think I will hold on to the one I got for a while lol
