It seems as though different makes produce slightly different colour temps regardless of K rating, just had a reply from the seller of the bay ones I linked to.They are saying that 4300k are slightly yellow,6000k pure white with a small hint of blue,8000k are iceberg blue.

i thinks its probably the sellers listing them as the wrong colour temps then possible.
either way 5k and 4.3k are much better than standard. imo anything above and your better off with the standard halogen bulbs as when it comes to a wet road 6k and 8k are bloody awful.

Door pods :) speakers sound so much better outside of the door card, angled them too so the speaker is facing me

It's a good idea to get new headlight covers and drill holes through them (or the originals) to feed the cables through as it ensures a proper seal :)

I'm not sure what the space is like on the leon. I had a set on my old focus and I used silicone sealant to attach them on the underside of the light unit.

well technically speaking, wasnt done today but el Cuprano had its 120 000km service completed
- replaced cam belt and all the other important bits
- full service done
- replaced gearbox oil - old oil was black as night!!!!

still to come this month
- new smoked out tail lights with a glossy finish
- triple R splitter

ps. this motor is solid as they come, 120 000 kms of problem free driving on stage 2 (with the stock turbo), occasionally hurting a C63 or so and seeing fuel consumption of up to 710 kms of driving around the city on a tank of fuel - simply epic!
