Just finished installing IE conrods and IE manual tensioning kit amongst other bits. Only took 5 days at a steady pace. Wasted 1 day getting the turbo inlet and crank pulley bolts out!

ive wrapped the mirrors in the unique monsterwraps exclusive 4D gloss carbon fibre vinyl this really is sooooo much better than the matte shite other people use

Those mirrors look really nice! How did that set you back? Mine have a few nice stone chips so this looks like a good way to hide them ;)

Looking good Ravi mate! If all the spares I have I still don't have a set if teardrop mirrors! I resprayed mine silver as you know but think once I get some drops il wrap them like yours!

i wrapped mine in the "crappy 3m stuff" but im happy with them, i am temted with the gloss carbon though! i may know of someone sellig a set of teardrops ak, want me to see if there for sale?

tbh i really like the silver mirrors too originally i was gonna wrap them brushed ally but that stuff costs a fortune

Gotta have some benefits eh :cool: I live in Gloucester so I'm not gonna drive 2 hours to get it done I was just after a rough ball park figure, say £50-60 ish

I thought where the moving parts are around the mirror stalk /base it could rub perhaps and look **** quickly. Out of interest how much did you pay? Iv had a quote for £180 for all 4 vat included, is that reasonable value?

All 4?? surely 2 haha well like i said cos i work here i get it for free and did them myself, but they do take an insane amount of time to do properly so i should think thats about right :)
