Messed around the wires and now my reverse camera stopped working

I recently attempted to fix an issue with the driver’s door on my Seat Leon Mk1 (1999-2004), specifically the mechanism that locks and unlocks the door. After that, I noticed that my reverse camera stopped working and started displaying a 'no video signal' message when I put the car in reverse. Yesterday, I checked the fuse box for any blown fuses, but everything seemed fine. Today, I'm planning to tinker with the wiring again to see if I can resolve the problem, though I’m not too optimistic.
This is my first car, and the camera and radio were already installed when I got it, and were working fine. The radio still works, but the camera doesn’t.

Hi there. I would check first the camera connection on the back of the radio unit (i guess it would be a 2 din radio?) and then I would try with another camera (if you can get one) just to check if the problem is the camera itself. If not, check the wiring on the tail light camera to ensure if it is powering up the camera when you hit reverse. If everything stays the same check all the wiring top to bottom from back camera to the radio unit.
If you post some pictures here maybe we can offer further help.

Hey, I checked the camera connection to the radio, and everything seems fine. I'm wondering if there's a chance that when I was working on the cables in the door, I might have damaged or fried the wires connected to the camera.

Today, I'm going to investigate the issue further to see if I can find a solution. The problem isn't with the radio or its connection, it's likely coming from the wiring or the camera itself.

It's weird to became faulty while messing with the door, because the camera isn't linked to the doors. Usually is linked to the reverse gear or the reverse lights. Try to see how is the camera powered - if it is from the radio unit or from the tail light. How many wires from the camera were connected to the radio? Just the RCA Yellow one?

Yes, a NO SIGNAL warning it's the unit telling you that there is no video signal, so the camera is broken or disconnected or no power.
