Yeah, the dealers don't care and neither do seat uk. You spend your hard earned money at their dealerships buying their products and they couldn't care less. Will more than likely be the last seat I own due to bad customer service. If they don't fix it under warranty it'll go to an independent to be sorted. Very disappointed.

How did it run today?

Engine management light is now on permanently without touching the accelerator pedal. I began by driving it normally, and it triggered the warning lights. Turned it off and started again, then drove slow, foot max half way down on the accelerator, change gear around 2000-2500rpm and it managed to get there okay. Max speed was 50mph as I took the long route down the A57 to avoid the motorway.

There's definitely misfiring, you can feel it when it's being driven.

TPM light on dash again, this time I know it isn't the weather, seems like my back right tyre has lost pressure, will check the pressure when I get home from work, thinking of changing all 4 tyres for some good grippy ones!

Same thing happened to me on Monday the TPM light came on and straight away took it to the petrol station to check pressures. It was the rear drivers side down by 3PSi that mustv set it off. Pumped them all up and reset it, hasnt come back on.

The car is sitting patiently at the garage now ready to have coilovers fitted. Expected to get her back around 5pm I hope but im stuck at work so dont know how much of that promise the mechanic is going to stick to

Now at a different dealer, though they have told me 'aftermarket stereo and subwoofer are too many modifications, we really shouldn't even be looking at the vehicle'.

lmao WTF. Yet my car that has been modified in any way possible, they dont say a single word?? Xrey will tell you when I was sat in the waiting room the guy came over with a smile and said " Has it been mapped"...I said no with my tongue in my cheek and he laughed and walked away. They inspected the DSG box and updated the software, fixed a rattle, fixed the automatic wipers, all under warranty
Seriously what is with the unpredictability of Seat dealers? I have a very funny feeling that Liverpool have informed Seat UK of the mods (because you have openly told them you will be changing dealer- which they would not be impressed with) who inturn have told IMG. IMG will therefore have to be very carefull because they might not be payed for any work on your car, hense them metioning it to you. All this commotion over a coil pack is ridiculous, shame on them. I hope to god they dont find out its mapped

EDIT: Who said it, Jarre?
