Face lift Cupra with Needle sweep.

Yeah, quite a lot of garages started enabling this feature on Cupra/Cupra R as standard, not SEAT!!
It also started to creap into the FR scene as well!! Or as people requested it as it is simple and garages were charging £40 for the privilege as it is a coding change!

we've had needle sweep and alarm chirp enabled (cheers Greg!) not got DRL's so not capable but like the large MFD speedo idea.... care to elaborate, does it change it from the current small kph display to large mph?

This is probably a stupid question, but what is VAG-COM and where can I get access to it??

Failing this... If I give one of the guys in my local SEAT service dept the instructions on here, could they do it?
VCDS is a piece of software and it should come with a cable that plugs into your obd port which is located to the right of your steering wheel behind a panel that clips out. It lets you basically talk to car, read its errors and change things like a chirp noise when you lock the car and hazard lights when you brake hard or turn your seat belt alarm off etc etc. Real software can cost a bit, can be found at Ross tech, but there are older software you can get from eBay for like £20 - 50!
Failing this... If I give one of the guys in my local SEAT service dept the instructions on here, could they do it?
depending where you are in Manchester, im sure awesome gti could do this for a small fee, there on here and based in Irlam
