Just a question seeing as you specced this new. Clearly it's all your choice but I would be interested to here why you didn't bother with the winter pack?

I only ask as I would certainly have that option if buying new and found it was not fitted to any used cars (with cloth seats) that I saw for sale. I searched all over and finally got a used car with leather pack as it has the winter pack included. For me the heated seats are brilliant when it's cold, the headlight washers certainly usefull when the roads get wet and dirty in the winter, heated washer jets will be worth while when it freezes over.

I just thought in the UK with our bad winter weather this pack would be very popular, seems not?

I would of had the winter pack but I got my Cupra as part of a VAT free deal where you could only choose from a selection of "pre built" cars available in the hub. Pre-registered of course.

Xenons have head light washer jets anyways :)

Cool, you dropped on to find one in Blue (best colour IMO) with Xenons :D

I spoke to the salesman at the dealers and he said that most folk go for a car already built as the delivery time is much quicker. Apparantly if you go for some options you can wait upto 3 months for the car to be built which I guess puts people off having them.

A couple of cheeky changes

New "cupra" tax disc holder from Richbrook. Cost £18.00 with shipping, expensive but looks sweet. no more horrific dealer tax disc holders for me!

Got myself a Peugeot 607 stubby ariel (6561N3) from ebay like the one in Viktor's thread. Cost about £6 inc postage. Took about 20 seconds to fit and looks far better. Radio signal hasn't suffered much either, but tbh I never listen to the radio!

Just waiting on my LED bulbs to arrive for the interior then will get started on the rear indicators, number plates holder bulbs and front DRLs!

That's all for now though :)

When it gets warmer thinking of putting my bridge stone onto a set of Team Dynamics Pro Race 1.2's and keeping my stock alloys with my winter tyres on.

Want to go either gold or anthracite though. Not too sure:
