Polo Gti 2001.g problem

I have orginal non flip key with two buttons 730 955-00 433mhz 5FA 007 680

I bought two button flip key HLO 1J0 959 753 AG 5FA 008 399-00

I tried all of methods to add flip key but It is not working, PLEASE HELP :cartman:

Interesting fact, when using vag-com it isn't giving me an option to save another key to 002 position, maybe my comfort module can't handle a 2 key's or what, can anyone put what serial number do you have on your confort module whose's flip key works, thanks

Hi I know this is the last thing everyone wants to see! Yet another key problem but I am so confused!
I have a non-flip remote key for a 2003 Ibiza (Hella 730 955-00/ 433MHZ/ 5FA 007 680).
I've asked local dealers if I can have a flip key programmed to my car and they say no.
I found a 3-button flip key (HLO 1KO 959 753 G (HELLA 434 MHz)) and wondered if the standard programming procedure would work for the car?

No it won't work, you need a key with part number beginning with HLO 1J0. 1K0 will only work on the vag cars using the can bus protocol. The ibiza uses the older K line

Hi everyone,

Help would be really appreciated for this problem. I have bought a used skoda key off Ebay. The frequency is the same and the key is identical. Had the key cut and it will open the doors manually and will start the car no problem as I have replaced the transponder.

I just cannot seem to reprogram the key to do the central locking no matter what I try. I'm really struggling to find info on somebody else doing this on a mk5 Ibiza SC. Surely there is a way of doing this? Has the procedure changed?

Thanks

Could any one give me a link with someone selling the flip keys currently on ebay. I have had a look but don;t know which one to go for, as some are new with blades cut, some are old with new blades etc.

Also can i sync my key using the methods given or do i have to use vagcom or dealer/specialist to code my key?

Oh for an 06 ibiza fr tdi if that makes a difference 434 frequence.

I have an 05 Ibiza and from this thread (somewhere within the trillians of posts) think I read that a 3 button HLO 1JO 959 753 DA might be a winner for my motor! So I'm considering taking a chance and thinking of getting one next pay day :)

I haven't got my SKC and from what I hear dealers aren't always helpful in providing it. Nor do I have VAG TACHO to obtain it myself.

I'll have to use my spare key's transponder in the new key.

This is what I'm considering getting via ebay:

VW 3 Button Remote HLO 1JO 959 753 DA

VW Key Flip Blade with Transponder

An FR Key Badge

I have my fingers crossed all that'll need doing is the remote coding and the blade cutting, possibly also enabling the middle button rear boot opening in VagCom. If anyone's interested I'll post an update as to how I get on.

BTW This thread is amazingly long...:)

I think that seems right, but i'm not too sure. I've asked an ebay seller on a two button remote some questions and just got to see what he replies with and will let you know!

I'm not sure either tbh but thought I'd take a chance. I'm grateful for you letting me know what the seller says :)

Aww you must have brought one of the replacement fobs only with just a blade and case?

I've had a reply back stating it should work and that they have both 433 and 434 MHz frequencies so it should all be good , ill find the link and post it up!

My key has this on the side:

433MHz 5FA 007 680

So does anyone know if the following would work?

Code starting: HLO 1J0 ?

Thanks car is an 02 plate ibiza MK4 if that effects it!

A few pages ago in this thread a guy says that a HLO 1J0 remote with DA on the end of the part number worked for him so that's what I'm thinking of going with...plus another poster said that we need remotes with the 1J0 bit in the part too. That's what I'm gonna go with :) TBH I find the whole thing tooooooo complicated :)
