Was your car running for a while, on the RR for a while or very hot prior to you going on?
Might be a shitty fan not supplying enough wind for the open cone and it's ended up sucking in hot air from the engine

Finally got my engine mounts through :)

NICE!!! I fitted my VT-FR-ones not to long ago, was done in a couple of hours. Witch brand are these mounts?
Have not tried mine on track yet but I guess it will be a noticeable uppgrade under heavy use even thou we are not on heavy power (yet) as Im also on k03s.

I also did my rear beam mount to VT-ones at the same time, you´ll might consider doing them aswell.

They are Black Forest Industries mounts from America. Worked out alot cheaper than VT mounts :)

I will hopefully get them on before my next track day in 2 weeks but I very much doubt it.

Awrite mate, you may want to check this out, was just looking at knockhill videos and came across this, comes up behind your car in the video a lot near the beginning. 'Behind' being the definitive word lol.

Cheers bud!

That's with shitty brakes too, lol

With unuseable brakes yes! :drive2:

I'm hoping they will be better this time as they feel alot more responsive on the road, but we will see with what will happen with constant abuse. I'm not sure if I will be able to get the hoses on or not, I will try but can't see it happening.

Well I was doing a few maintenance jobs yesterday and changed the ball joints and ABS sensors.

Everything is well apart from the ABS kicking in at low speeds, but this (I expect) is because the ABS rings were totally out of shape. So I tried to hammer them straight as best I could but with such a sensitive thing I didn't really expect it to work (which it didn't).

So I am trying to source some used ones as from the dealer you have to buy the whole hub from them at £66+VAT each. So I will get some used ones until my bearings go and then just get new hubs.
