Nice little motor you got there now man, come along way since the first meet i saw ya at with the i think it was blue stickers over it from the gumball or somethin.... looks like it would be game to fairly shift now. Finally bought a manifold for mine, only bene about 6 months i know lol INA cast, scoop at 130 buck! brand spankin. Just need an lcr fuel pump, clutch and flywheel and im all the bash. Amazed the standard clutch and fly has lasted this long, you goin to the eastside RR day on sat? im throwin the red thing on the rollers, see if it will turn em
Would be great with a write-up on the LCR pump Where did you get yours from? Have you fixed your brake issues by now. Bet you´re counting the days until next track day (late mach wasn´t it)
Prebs
I've got a ball joint splitter, when you doing this its good to have about if you don't already have one
was the guy that did your RR called HENRY by anychance??
Figures are good Josh but not too sure about the torque curve.
Peak torque at 3,000 then loosing 100ft-lbs by 5,000 rpms
There seems like there could be alot of work done to allow you to hold onto that torque for longer.
You can see why your lighting up your tyres on the hair pin as you going from 150 ft-lbs at 2,000 RPM's to 287 ft-lbs at 3,000 RPM's
With a bit of work you'd like to see that smoothed out and hold onto a higher figure for longer
Can you post up your last torque curve for us to see?
Looking good Josh the guys name is Henry that done the RR and the rollers are meant to be pretty accurate!
Good meeting you today mate
We'll that canna be right
Going from dropping 30 ft-lbs in 2,000 RPM's to 100ft-lbs in the same scale.
What have you done since the last one to your engine?
Would you have been getting wheel spin on the most recent RR?
