Finally managed to get chance to clean the car and then the heavens opened up

Had to raise the suspension a touch as the new tyres are a bigger profile, still think the back needs to come up a touch from the picture.

Picked up my new shiney manifold last week [B)] need to get my new injector seats from seat then on it goes.

Had a chance today to get and fit my new rear ARB, only popped down the shops so not too sure if its made much difference.

Should have the Front fitted soon aswell as my new engine mounts.

Also went and collected my chrome plated strut brace

So many bits just not enough time to fit them, lol.

The strut brace is a seat sport one, got it stripped back to metal then chrome plated. Its just sitting infront of my front ARB in the Neuspeed Box

I got the ARB's from Bill, thought i best get atleast the rear on before it goes on track :funk:

A little update: got the engine mounts fitted and the front ARB. Definately could feel the difference with the engine mounts, vibrates more but i'm used to it now so not a problem. Front ARB is so much better, does exactly what its meant to.

Fitted my DIY short shifter yesturday, did have a tt shifter on there but this seems to be a bit closer.

Also bought a new front grill as the old one was abit tatty.

Liking the updates mate. Have you felt a big difference with the ARB's? May have to get her on a track to know properly!

I think the super t's suit the car very well! A classic wheel on the IC's. Saw a really nice set that a guy from Germany had on his mk3 cupra, he has a readers ride on here, they are called "extreme"something or other, looked mint!

Hows the hybrid project going? Try and get down to the this months Kingston VAG meet if your free!

Cars looking good as ever :D

Definately can feel the difference with the ARB's on, much better when cornering. Will need to get it on track to see how good they are.

The hybrid project, lol. Thats going to take some time, should get my Forge fmic through soon so that will get me one step closer. Trying to get on the property ladder so i think the hybrid will have to take a back seat.

What have you done to your shifter then mate if you've got rid of the TT one?

In the first picture you can just about see where the original hole is for the pivot point, i took it out and moved it over to shorten it. Damoegen (sp) on here done the same mod on his mk4 ibiza. Showed how he done it in quite some detail aswell.

looking nice and clean.May i ask how much you pay for a new grill

Got it off ebay for about £20 i think, not sure how much it is from the stealer. Most probably £15 knowing my luck, lol.
