you have said as much boost as poss else where and if it went bang what the heck.. so you tell me what boost you want

rods are a guarantee. you have already ordered these too so say?

you've lost me in your spec and wants and needs, and i am not going to try to keep up with ya.

ihi reliably is 1.2-1.4bar level if thrashed - they will happily provide more whilst eating themselves
3bar fpr is adequate

Well ive clocked the turbo to how i want it...So the Oil Sump retainers Drop dead bottom plus all my Gt2x bits fit directly on to it...My Custom Tip i made and Charge pipe bolts directly on to it so i can atleaset start bolting it all together tomorrow morning :D

So im really pleased with it:

And chamfer the edge to help make sure it doesnt crack is what I was told.

Thanks Pj :D

Im Wondering are all 1.8T bottom end the same? Bar the Different Size Wrist Pins & pistons
The reason im asking is that ive got a AUM bottom end (19mm) fully built one in the shed and ive got some INA connecting rods (20mm) which i bought for my Ibiza engine aqx.

Im wondering could i put the rods on the AUM Bottom end and i source some Je,scat (20mm pins) Pistons? Then i could build it all up and just fit it to the car..

As it would make it easyer for me to do it that way instead of having the car of the road for longer?

smooth the entry into the wastegate also, usually its a shapr edge.
i doubt the ihi would suffer any boost creep, its not that compressor heavy. it will aid control of boost however making it smoother to control. enlarge a bit whilst there but not mandatory imho unless you have a big ole compressor blowing thru it

***Update***

I started at 3pm today as it was truely pissing it down so the 1st job for me was the manifold..

I was really pleased how well it went on,I mean every bolt was simple to tighten up no '' No Special Spanners'' Were Needed..Plus i got the the tubby mounted and tighten up too which was also easyer enought due to the room that the manifold gave me..
The Sump retained Needed 2mm of each side of the bolts holes which i simply done with a drill bit so it alignd up Perfect for the holes.

Just Need to Fit the coolant & Oil feed to the turbo and then TIP & Charge Pipe and its done It can be then picked up and sent of to have the Downpipe made up..

Once i had done all that i fitted the New ECS thermostate & ECS sump plug & Bolted up the new Injectors,So thats some less jobs ive gotta do tomorrow...

Hopefully the Weather should hold out and give me a good chance to getting it done...

Also Selling my Milltek cat back system and gonna get a 3'' downpipe made up with maybe a 3'' system plus a back box of my choice...
