a cheap one a grand?? the one i looked at was peliquin i belive- torque sencing diff was the full name.

extreme... not realy, only get a slap on the wrist in this contry now, you'd get more hassle if you got caught for speeding lol

I think diff's start at about £1000.

See i'm not a genius, but apart from police helicopters - what could keep up with a hybrid Ibiza? The Focus estates that are down here that run on bio-ethanol certainly wouldn't!

just out of curisity? i wonder why my hybrid ibiza doesnt pigeon noise much, you can maybe hear a very fant wooo but only at very low boost in second gear while changing into 3rd, surely it should be louder if a standard turbo with decat milteck non resonation pigeon noises away, mine does barely? wonder why this is?

Cos yours is a PD130 hybrid and it's the PD150's that make the pigeons noises.

does anyone else have the same thing as me? with near minimal pigeon noise?

Mines is a PD130 and does it pretty loud My friend says every time i put my foot down a pigeon dies Mine smokes quite bad as well now

i know its a different car but mine does this extremly loud... me and tom were trying to work out what actully causes the wooooo noise at a local meet... does anybody no??? im pertically intrested to here brad1's wooooo noise as apperently his is also very loud... we could maybe have an scn wooooo-off to see whos champ lol .... i love driving past people foot down change gear 2500rpm and see everybody turn around and look. ...

All has been sorted now. I was refunded.

Just ordered some Millers XFE-PD oil, fuel filter, oil filter, pollen filter, cam belt is being done tomorrow.

Hopefully she'll have a new lease of life as an Easter Present!

Glad to see you were refunded due to the hassle you've had Ash. I hope you got a small sweetener too! Anyway whats your plans now you gonna stick on another turbo or make only small changes and purchase the above?

I think the chatter is air trying to get back through the turbo when the throttle is shut (when changing gear). The air stalls the turbine. Usually the DV puts the air back into the airbox-side of the turbo but big turbo or high boost cars tend to chatter a bit...

O M G, so sorry to read about all the trouble you've been having with your car, glad you've got it

resolved. I'm glad I've only just read it cos it might have put me off having my car done at p-torque.

I've had the hybrid treatment and a clutch done there and very pleased with it

The power feels very smooth now,

smoother than before and is very strong at higher revs. Very similar for 1-2k rpm but much

stronger at above that. 230bhp strong !!!!

The clutch is heavier and bites nearer the bottom but other than that the car feels like you

would expect a fast sports car would be from the factory.

The plans now are to upgrade the clutch and flywheel (I know I already have an uprated clutch but I had a lot of hassle last time and I dont think a very strong clutch was put back in) so gonna sort that, then go back down the hybrid route!

I know Hull like the back of my hand. My ex Mrs lives in Barton so used to be up there alot! When I head back up that way I'll have to PM you so you can take me out for a spin.

that sounds awesome. didnt realise diesels could sound so good untill i heard a thew exhaust clips on here. not heard that sound before though thats quite impressive.
