24 degrees intake temp isn that bad, in fact its pretty decent after a full WOT run in 4th.

Is your fuelling ok and your sparks all ok?

Fueling i have no idea phill...I get paid next month so a A/f wideband gauge is on order

It was a run in 3rd from low down..Im using ngk ones at the mo and have some 3month old ik22 which i took out as i thought it was my plugs over fueling...

Pump fits fine, its 3 litres and its a secure fit, mine was well placed with a few cable ties and never moved

That was mine mate, its the AM intercooler and pipework. Speak to Robbie C though as i know hes using mine as a guide, so he may be able to point you in the right direction

I read this thread from start until here, and all I can say every bit of the work carried should be really satisfying indeed? Makes me want to do a little the same to mine. But, what can you do with non turbo-ed 1.8 20V lump?

A/F gauge and sensor is a very good shout indeed.

What do you reckon ik22 or ngk bk7re's both around 3month old.?

I am working on this now as well. Really loving the look of that Chris. Nice welding as well. Prefer that over silicone, however aluminium TIG welding is a hard skill which comes pricely to get done. Metal I can weld but aluminium no...
