about 25-30 mostve the time. That might be down to the fact my foot seems constantly pinned to the floor the 1.4's really are gutless and 5th is way too undergeared it should be doing 75 at 3000 revs i reckon not 65. Anyone else notice that it only pulls between 3000 and 4000 revs hardly anything either side of those bands. Thank god for my bike.

i think i can get 30 with driving half and half, a bit more occasionally. But last time i was driving for more than a week petrol was 10p cheaper!!!! Now its gonna hit the wallet big time so might have to adopt this 40mpg nun style driving i think

well my mid-high 30s is attained due to being a lowly student and trying to cling on to petrol lol. Also, the 40 i got was with my 1st ever tank to see what it could do. Stil, dont see how people can just be gettin 25ish!

206's arent in the MK3's league, i used to work at peugeot so i have experience. the engines are gutless and scream but nothing happens, the spec on early 206's is attrotious, the seats sag and frag from day one, the interior rattles from day two, and the fit and finnish well......... i could go on

as long as i don't plant my foot on the floor, i get about the same mpg with and without induction kit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
tell you what's a huge fuel saver though.... gettin rid of excess weight! i spent a while with no spare wheel and the car not only went faster but saved on fuel.... but then realised it was pretty stupid going around with no spare wheel, ha!

Hi all only just found this thread and ive got 1.4 chill.

Strensall i can't tell you how highly i reccomend the chill cuz its equipped to the max but i never use the air con cuz the car feel sluggish and cuz it stink cuz i havent got it cleaned but that doesnt matter cuz thatsd what the leccy windows are for.

Also what do people think would be the best looking exhaust to put on a 1.4 beeza im booked into the garage for a custom one next week and was gunna go for an oval but just really wanna know what other people thinka nd if anyone has got an exahaust on there's and if they could put a pic up

many thanks

oval back boxes look amazing on cupras, so on a 1.4? Yeh why not. Powerflow can tailor one for your needs-size, sound etc and seem gd price.
I'm considering the same as current exhaust is bit blowy. Just found out today insurance wont cover sports exhaust though as im 18 :S

yer i phoned up powerflow in southampton (where I am) and it was 225 all in but they have crap reviews and have been told they are cowboys so have gone with a company called stealth in southampton and they are meant to be quality so hopefully will get a really good looking and sounding exhaust am missing a bit of college to go and get it done and its gunna take em half a day lol so they obviously take their time
