Did you ever RR the hybrid on standard stage 2 boost though.
No didn't see the point!

I don't know mate as some of the guys that have fitted them don't seem to be getting accurate results. I was hoping that they would be a precise bit of kit.Im tempted to get an apexi AVC-R unit and get rid of the N75 valve
Its intermittent, it seems fine at the moment but it has been surging the last couple of days on part throttle.
You can pick them up off ebay for £200-£250 so it may be worth a shot
Just a bugger installing it though

Could Sies extra power be simply down to his APR map?

Im wondering what the 100%+ boost actually does and if it is safe ON CC software, it only allows 100%.
Can we assume all remaps run on 100% boost but then APR allows you to squeeze more (Upto 106% in Sie's case) Surely this will have a negative affect also? If not, then why are all maps not set to this standard?
We're also putting a lot of faith into awesome's rolling road aswell, we already know it cant calculate fly figures, are the wheels figures realistic
In some cases like awesomes own LCR, 255-260whp. This would equate to 300bhp, but Bogg warner rates the max flow rate of turbo at 280bhp.
Rolling road lottery and all that but i now only have faith in JBS's rollers as to me they give ''tight'' but believable results!
standard N75 has no problem controlling boost on mine at 27-28psi. Just needs tuning properly
Slightly off topic, but i seen you the other week on the A45 on the way to daventry wilko, you had pulled over in a layby and was just walking back round to the drivers side as i went past in my black ibiza
Sie... CC do offer adjustable user software but ive not had the chance to play around with it yet. My serial port cable is not working with it so i need to get hold of a cable that does
On the vagcom logs, ive got 191.7% load, is that normal and can it be increased to alter boost? It offers in the software to up bost to 100% (I assume it will already be set at that) and you can adjust timing advance although im not sure on what effect this will have? Will this up the requested boost values?
Ive been given the opprtunity to test JBS's equal length mani out but for a cost of £450+vat (retail 650+vat)
Although with 3hrs fitting that equates to a price of about £700, so i personally dont think its worth it for perhaps an increase of about 0.1bar in boost.
