Right just a few things, my cars been RR (see here http://www.seatcupra.net/forums/showthread.php?p=1254578&posted=1#post1254578 ), a few things to note tho, my T3 sensor is lose again so its leaking (as can be heard on the vid), clutch is slipping a bit and i spent about 3 hours with the AA with this morning trying to source the fluctuating boost as mitchy has described above. Also its running revo stage two HB7 T8 as when I put he on 9 and 9 (as suggested by VAGtech) I just slipped and slide all over the road so turned her down a bit

Mitchy have you emailed Jacob to ask him what he thinks? Did he give you a copy of the map he has for CC to look at?

Still not fitted mine yet.
Sie, did you ever run your hybrid tubby as standard (ie no 4bar reg or MAFF mod) so we could compare like for like with Scotty & Mitchy.
I,m thinking that yours may produce better results because your maff is under reading, the car may be overboosting to compensate getting more power. If these hybrids use the same components as yours did there should be no reason why the lads aren't realising the same figures your car did at Awesome in October.
I also recon that these turbo's would benfit by using an uprated TIP (larger diameter). The standard and samco start off large and reduce to feck all, read about the science on the ATP website re Eliminator Tip's. In reflection I think our money would have been better spent on Enlargeing the turbo inlet diameter than on porting and polishing as Mitchy sugested.
Lets hope that the relatively poor results are due to poor loading and that better results are to come, however JBS are no mugs and if they can't produce the goods who can.!

I didnt think mine was too bad! What did sie get!

Willy my Maff is de modded too and i have the 4 bar (have to becuase of stg 2)

Would a bigger TIP make much difference as the inlet is a set size?

Its not just JBS mate, as you know ive also had it jabba mapped.

So the top 2 tuning companies (IMO of course) struggling to get the boost from it tells you that it simply just can't flow what its designed to. (1.4bar @ 6500)

Scotty ive seen your plot, but got to say, flywheel figures look suspect with your @ wheels plot. The difference seems a lot more than the 40bhp or so that we expect to lose through transmission.

I can't make your results out scotty, peoples results seem inconsistant during this session, I hope they are good and reliable.
When i refere to sie's Maff mod... he has a larger diameter housing than standard which affects calibration and accuracy of the unit, I think it under reads.

Ah the TT shake mod, mines just de screaned.
So Jabba gave in and mapped her? Thought it was CC?

Have you thought about speaking to Jacob about our results?

Yeah some where spot on and some were under, J@mes made 301bhp!

Scotty , how do your wheel bhp figs compare to Sie's in the Awesome RR meet.
WHP figs are the only true comparison between dynos. On the same day as SIE i recorded 244BHP atw on stage 2 APR for a standard turbo comparison.

I checked back...
Sie was approx 270WHP (same software as myself)
Me 244WHP stage 2 APR....
I think Mitchy is around the same on the same Dyno but different day.

My point is that Sie's outflowed mine considerably (over 10%) buts yours and Mitchy's aren't.
Something is not right here.......

For info, mine did 225-230 whp (Stage 1 Revo) and Sie's did 265-270 whp...

That was the day after he got it back, so he'd done no logging. On the way up it dropped into limp mode because it overboosted (should've seen his face, pricelss). I beleive he's turned the boost down now.

Scotty i had it mapped by jabbasport to begin with but it never really worked out so i took it to CC afterwards. (They have experience with nos and map adjustment) Jabba dont tune their maps for nitrous use!

I wasn't charged at jabba hence why i used the money for the CC 2 map.

Scotty im afraid to say it but it looks to me like an over reading optimistic set of rollers. Not based on your results but James's. Standard k04's maxxed at 280bhp but he's managed considerably more than that.

Carl, i have my theories about awesome and APR tuned cars and i wont discuss them here. Awesomes own LCR always used to manage 255-260whp compared to everyone elses (jabba/revo/CC) 240ish for stage 2.

Im not sure what effect the 100%+ boost does on APR's software (107% in Sie's case)

I can't wait for Sie to have a go at JBS for a ''proper'' flywheel figure as these @ wheels measurements are so wildly spread. Im beginning to think 273whp is simply not possible as that in realistic terms is 310bhp.

Scotty is only showing around the 230whp mark for instance but producing 302bhp @ fly.

Somethings not quite right as if we applied the same loss to Sie's car we would be seeing about 345bhp.

From memory he used V tune to up boost by 5%, Whether this would equate to 5% bhp increase  and the turbo delivered the other 5%.

Ive got a forge actuator as well.

Also VagTech and my slef have been very happy with the results so far?

Scotty, i wouldn't take too much notice of your results anyway as torque figures are low and your obviously having a few problems.
