this is the new dipped bulb against the old uprated main beam bulb, the old dipped was the same as the main

and this is with all the whiter bluer bulbs in. A much nicer light to drive in too.
these bulbs have a nice white light to drive in but a sky blue aura around the focused white beam and the blubs are blue cases making the reflectors tinted. looks wicked

they are ring sportzblue, but i think they are very similar to the ULTRA bulbs you can get at motorworld, the mains are ULTRA ones
the sides are those LED ultra white super bright things off autobulbs, they are on offer at the moment so didnt seem so expensive.
if you use S2KUK as a gift code on autobulbs you get 10% off too

how easy is it to change the bulbs in the headlights? is it as simple as it sounds or a bit harder?

dunno about the battery removal but do you need to remove the battery cos you'll have the bumper off anyway to do the HID's, that'll give you plenty of room until you bolt the lights back in place

mmm, ive fitted my sidelights now, and they make the dipped, main and fogs look crap! i've changed every bulb now, and its still not as blue as i want...how annoying, maybe i'll have to dig further into the HID conversion a bit more.

This is a pic of my sidelights and fogs-

My m8 fitted a hid kit to his corrado the weekend just gone, and his problem is that they are waaay too bright, and he is blinding absolutely every1, and apparently there isn't anything he can do about it!!??

Here is the difference between my upgraded dipped, and my m8s corrado's Hid conversion-

Any1 know much about these hids? Which kits are best and won't blind every1!? How hard are they to fit onto the ibiza etc?

The bumper does not need to be removed to fit the HID's ... nor does the battery but it'll give a lot more room and make that side a lot easier.

well b4 the hid conversion the lights were soo dim i don't think it would've mattered if they were out of alignment

So...are HIDs actually legal? What do i need to look for in a "decent" set?

A lot of HID replacemnts that use the standard bulb holders don't actualy have the "bulb" in the right place making them imposible to get the alignment correct. Also don't forget to legaly use HID lights under C&U you need to have auto leveling lights and headlight washers. (The autobulbs site says that C&U only applys to the time of manufacture, the same argument was used for window tints and it was upheld that aftermarket fitted parts need to stick to the same C&U regs)

how can u avoid the types that u mentioned above in bold? I've found this kit below-

http://www.autobulbsdirect.co.uk/product.php?productid=16381

I've read elsewhere its been magazine tested, but i dunno how good it is.

Ideally, i don't want to pay this much, but if it means i'll b getting a kit which is better quality, easier to install, and won't blind on-coming drivers then it'd b worth it

2007 ibiza bulbs

hello guys, i am a noob :p :D and i wanted to ask you about several things:

1- Are the bulbs for an 07 beeza H3, and H7, i asked someone before and he kindly replied with confirmation but i just need to make sure because i am ordering those bulbs from the states or the UK (i currently live in Egypt) so its not gonna be good if they don't fit
2- What sort of bulbs should i order:
a- IllumiStar Pure Silver
b- Phillips blue vision
what are your suggestions (practical bulbs that give the looks and have a long time span and aren't too expensive cause i still wanna do some upgrades
