WotBox is fitted, the wiring is very easy!!!
FlatShift is awesome, very smooth gear changes and some 3rd gear spinning!!!
LaunchControl is nice but my tires are crap, so it needs some practise...

I just bought my new fuel pump (going hybrid for now, next step is GT3071R)

The largest 12v water pump of Bosch, flows 1700lt/hr and has a pressure limit of 8psi...

i also thought to buy the second oem pump but then i found this... its a lot bigger than the oem...

yesterday i weight my cupra...

this is with no spare wheel but with twin amps, a subwoofer and half of the tank (~20-25L)!

Project is going further, the engine is getting a full rebuilt and the turbo is going hyb.

Since i want to go BT in the future i decided to put new forged internals, i chose the Drakos Engineering stroker kit which includes:

New pistons by Wossner 82,5mm CR- 9.0:1

Then i found a good value for money mod by Turbo Exelixis, the turbo will get the -023 comp. wheel + -023 comp. housing

Cupra is ready!!
The break-in procedure began, we let the car to warm up until the fan started then we changed the oil with the filter.
Now i've done 22km to home and i am heading to 500km with a new oil/filter change.

The motor is really smooth even cold and the part throttle is great.

i've covered 204,9km

Cold start is great without any noises and vibrations, oil and water are on spot.

Finally i installed my EGT gauge, car idles (hot) @ 300°C and on cruising the max (5th gear, 3000rpm, -0,1bar,uphill) is 560°C.

I replaced the blue spring in the dv006 with the green one, i hope now to open easier...

The car for now runs with stock TT225 inlet hose, i hope this week to install the chargecooler and make a metal intake pipe (76/80mm) and put the filter under the battery base.

The only prob is that the steering fluid tank must be relocated to fit the chargecooler core and pass a 76/80mm tube behind it.

I've also bought an oil catch tank and i must find a place to fit.

Finally motor has 2300km and i am starting to boosting up...

Finally i made the metal TIP, since space with the -023 compressor is too tight we had to use a 53mm 90degree hose before the 76mm TIP...

Now i have to insulate the TIP/CAI with heat reflect tape.
WG is too stiff, with profec closed i even saw 0.9bar (13psi)!!!

Very smooth... stock motor is so much noiser...

I wrapped the TIP/CAI in DEi reflect-A-GOLD tape

the CAI made a huge difference, the tubes and the intake mani are colder than ever!!!
