Thanks bud, it's taken time to get to this point 12 yrs lol. Have a good one at japfest you and ur lad and I've never herd the mx5 called that so learned something looks well another car you don't see much anymore.
The Eunos is the Japanese version of the mx5.
ours is a Eunos Roadster J-limited ( to give it its full title) which was sold only in Japan in 1991 and there were 800 of them.
Just home from Silverstone now. Decent day, we need a Cupra / Seat meet soon.
@Jimbobcook used to organise them but I think the realities of twins doesn’t give him much time now. :ROFLMAO:

If a meet happens it'll have to be somewhere in the middle of everyone

Modified Live are at Cadwell Park (Lincolnshire) 5th May 25 and you can book a club stand.

I went last year and there were a lot of modified but also standard cars so it does not have to be modified.

I'd love to organise a meet up but locations that please everyone is impossible and now it's nearly meet season it's hard to get a date that everyone can make lol

If I can get some assistance I don't mind doing some leg work, I basically finish work and sort the family out then my brain turns to mush haha

I totally get it mate. That’s been my life for the last 16 years.
Thought it might get easier the older they get but it’s just the same if not worse.
I don’t mind helping out somehow but I wouldn’t know where to start on organising something.
It must be hard trying to please everyone but I suppose the more central the better.

Just to add into this, happy to help as well.

Some suggestions

MSVT Track days are great fun for those that want to get a bit of track time for their motors but at the same time lots of other people are allowed (for free) to come along to the tracks (just to watch), its not cheap to go out on the track but a lot of fun.

I have spoken to the track companies in the past and if numbers are big enough (to use the track) they will organise and control a day for you

Check out https://car.msvtrackdays.com/Calendar?utm_medium=menu for what is available but locations are Cadwell (lots of space for people to bring there motors, Bedford (they have space for motors but not next to the track), Donnington Park (very large car park), oulton park etc etc

They have other tracks like Snetterton (big car park but its to the side of the country rather than in the middle).

Then you have meets like coffe and cars (in lots of different locations) and there are loads of car meets you could join in with.

Personally I would suggest we see how many people are interested in meeting in the (midlands) area first and then get some idea of what month people would be free (I am guessing on the weekend (as I am retired)). You can then either join one of the other events or just find a nice place with a Pub/Hotel that would be happy to let us hold a meet up (this is what we did back in the day), last time I got involved in this we booked the pub for lunch and they were happy we used the car park.
