Ordered some Meth

Methanol of course :D

Finished setting up the Revo and logging WMI effects using TPS screenwash, so time to see how much better a straight up 50:50 mix is....

Looks good :)

Out of curiosity, where did you buy your Cupra from? I only ask as there used to be a white Cupra around the corner from me, and your plate looks very familiar....

Thanks! Car has been plasti dipped, not wrapped.
Yes, that is the OEM front Cupra bumper. I've cut off the fog lights and the backing plate, new ABS mesh as well. AC core has been removed and crash bar modified to allow maximum air flow to the IC.

Hey Popov. Love the look of the car. I really like the smooth, debaged look. thats always what I would go for if I could choose exactly how my car would look. Looks subtle and almost oem but actually a lot of work to get it to look like that. Nice!

No no, no bad news. Was in a nice area and always kept on the drive, used to drive past it everyday :)

Nice one mate that's good to know, she had a few niggles but nothing major. Worst thing is on the rear passenger door there is a scratch from what is more than likely some Fecker keying it.

To be fair it doesn't stand out a mile but I know it's there lol.

Did you fit the meth kit yourself fella?

My cousin gave me a hand with the throttle spacer as i was using his garage. Glad he did as it was a fiddly thing to do

The actual install of the Meth kit itself is very straight forward... Bumper off, tap the washer tank, mount the pump to the chassis leg on the other side of the car, run the piping..... And that's it.

If you go for the basic 6-30 psi switch, the wiring is very very easy. I didn't even need to run any wiring in to the car. Chassis for earth, live from the supply to the fuseboard next to the battery, and the switched ignition live i took from the reverse light switch wiring.

Cheers mate is that the colour your looking at for yours? Think it would look sweet IMO :)

Maybe slightly lighter, but then again I do like black on black. Hard to do something different these days unless going for a bright colour lol

Nearly finished a set of lights for a forum member...just need to test them on the car later!

They look great Rob.
